Grass Bash just keeps getting bigger and better! This year, Grass Bash 2011 was a great success and the largest ever with 55 teams entered! The weather held out with a nice breezy overcast early morning, and ending with a sunny early afternoon, and with just enough mud to make it interesting! Many thanks to parents, coaches, relatives, friends, sponsors, and everyone who helped at Grass Bash, and who continue to support us throughout the year. YOU ROCK!! GO MARCUS!!!!!

LISD BOARD RECOGNITION FOR DISTRICT CHAMPIONS
On Monday, February 14, 2011, the LISD School Board awarded special recognition to the Marcus Volleyball team and program for their superlative 2010 District Championship season! Congratulations to players, coaches and managers for this wonderful honor and for a great 2010 season!! GO MARCUS!!!

REGION 1 FINALIST 2009

Congratulations to the 2009-10 Marcus team for making it all the way to the Regional Finals!! After beating Amarillo Tascosa in semi-final play in Abilene Friday night, Marcus lost in the Region 1 finals against Amarillo Saturday afternoon. What a great run, Marcus!! Thanks for giving us a wonderful season and making Marcus playoff history!!!

PINK-OUT 2009

Thanks to everyone who worked so hard for Pink-Out!! There were lots of big hearts that night!! Our one-night Pink-Out raised $3,042.98 which the booster club will donate to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Thanks again to all for your donations and spirit!!
